I am a member of the Maryland Association of Appraisers (MAA). MAA works with other appraisal organizations, legislators, and best represents the interests of MD residential real estate appraisers.
I used to be a member of the appraisal institute, however, they have changed their membership guidelines and cost. I am no longer a member.
