A Guide to Counselors of Real Estate






Appraisers: Counselors of Real Estate (CRE)

The Counselors of Real Estate is an invitation-only, professional organization for real estate advisors. Membership invitations are extended to leading professionals in the industry on the basis of peer recommendation. All CRE members must have a minimum of 10 years in the industry, with at least 3 years of experience in real estate counseling capacity. Additionally, all members must hold a senior position in their current firm and they must hold some form of memberships to the National Association of Realtors. All Counselors of Real Estate members hold the designation of CRE.

The vision of the organization is to provide support and networking opportunities to the leading real estate counselors in the industry. The organization hopes to foster and facilitate the exchange of knowledge and expertise among the top professionals in the field.
