Agricultural Appraiser Specialist (IFAA)
The IFAA designation from the
National Association of Independent Fee Appraisers
is reserved for experienced agricultural appraisers. In order to earn this designation, an individual must satisfy the following criteria.
IFAA Criteria:
- Be a current member of NAIFA in good standing.
- Abide by a strict code of ethics.
- Be a state certified general appraiser.
- Complete coursework and pass examinations.
- Have 6,000 hours of appraisal experience with non-residential or income properties within the last four years (Half of these hours must be from appraising agricultural properties) .
- Provide completed appraisals for review.
